Elena Tzavara and Eliza Dalakidi to create a holistic wellness community in Greece, offering a sanctuary for individuals seeking rejuvenation, growth, and connection. With over 15 years of leadership experience in the luxury travel sector, Eliza seamlessly combines her expertise in business development with a deep passion for mindfulness and holistic well-being.
Known for her ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver bespoke, authentic experiences, Eliza excels in fostering talent and inspiring others to thrive. Her career success is built on empowering individuals to unlock their potential, creating spaces for growth, learning, and achievement.
Alongside her corporate accomplishments, her personal journey has been shaped by a deep connection to yoga, meditation, and mindful living. Specializing in Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Nada Yoga, Eliza helps others reconnect with themselves, fostering balance, peace, and clarity.
A devoted mother, she blends empathy, wisdom, and presence into her approach, nurturing both her professional and wellness practices. An entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in business and luxury sales, Elena is fueled by her passion for empowering businesses and individuals through creativity, clarity, and authenticity.
As the founder of Codico Lab, re-branded to Innerbloom.gr in 2024, Elena supports female entrepreneurs in bringing their ideas to life, providing strategic consulting that drives growth and clarity in today’s rapidly evolving world. Innerbloom is a wellness initiative dedicated to empowering women through mindfulness, personal development, and self-discovery.
Elena also leads XpatAthens, a platform dedicated to enriching and connecting the international community in Greece, creating a space for shared experiences, support, and meaningful relationships.
As a mother of two, Elena’s approach is shaped by a deep well of empathy and intuition, allowing her to guide others toward their fullest potential with compassion and wisdom. Her dedication to uplifting both individuals and businesses is not just a profession, it is her true calling.
